Frequently Asked Questions
How does this work?
After contacting us, we’ll get back to you to ask a few questions. Then, we’ll come out and take some measurements of your roof, discuss your roofing issues with you, and suggest the best options for you. We’ll also bring some sample boards to help you choose your colors and types of roofing material. Then we’ll put together an estimate and email or mail it to you.
If you have questions, feel free to ask us at any time.
What happens before the roofing crew arrives?
Prior to our trucks showing up in your driveway, we suggest that you move your cars (and other vehicles, etc.) off the driveway. Not only do our dump trucks need to be in the driveway but if we have ordered a garbage receptacle, that too may need to be on the driveway. If we have ordered a garbage receptacle, we’ll ask you where you’d like it to be placed. That is usually delivered prior to the beginning of the job.
What kind of equipment do you bring?
Dump trucks, wheel barrows, tools, drills, ladders, and A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
What do I need to do?
You may want to take loose items down off your walls. Especially on the first and second floors.
A contact number is helpful if you plan on not being home during the job in case we have questions.
Let us know if you have a wasp or bee problem or if you think there may be animals on the roof.
If you’re home and easy access to a bathroom is available, that would be helpful.
A hose would be nice for our workers.
Please show us any plants that need covering.
Often we’ll need an outside electrical power outlet.
Also, please keep dogs inside or in a safe area.
Typically, the deposit is twenty percent down. The rest is due after the job is finished.
We accept check and cash. We’ll bill you the final bill after we’re finished with the job.
